I'm assuming this bill is the "Emergency powers law"?

No the one bill that passed was the lost or stolen gun amendment. The emergence powers amendment passed but Thomas from Phila has fought every gun amendment that has come up.

So we have to report lost or stolen firearms now?

I didn't catch that part... I did see when they made it illegal to confiscate guns during an emergency... now they are talking about expediting CCL's for people in imminent danger.

I cant believe any of these people life in PA at all, they dont know any firearms law, they seem to think the rule to make the process faster is some thing that should not be done... THE 45 day wait is not an obligation, there are places that give you yout permit in 10 minutes!!!

Philly seems to think again they can rule the state.

I'm still lost as to the fact if they voted to report stolen guns or not?

They did pass the lost and stolen gun amendment at the beginning when I first signed on. I sorry I got the e-mail with the feed so late. But I've book marked it and will be watching,

I don't think a lot of these assholes would get elected if it wasn't for friends and family. Everyone in this state should have to watch these guy. I don't know the law but I have questions.

Sit down and shut the f up

Looks to me they wanted to get all the gun stuff out of the way before April
7th. When they'd have to answer questions
