Loading for rifle. What MORE do I need.
I've loaded many thousands of rounds of pistol ammo. I've got a press, tumbling stuff, and the basic stuff. Now I need to gear up to load .223/5.56mm, and .308/7.62NATO at some point down the line.
Obviously I need dies. What does everyone recommend?
I won't be shooting farther than 100 yards, and not entering any benchrest matches. What other stuff do I need to load rifle ammo for semi-auto rifles, and what do I not need but should have?Removed NRA Life Member pic. LaPierre and Chris Cox are ruining NRA.

A set of dies and case length gauge for each caliber.
If loading for semi-auto only, you don't need neck sizing dies so a set like Lees Pace Setter Dies will suffice.Koli's back from Ambler.

Some form of case lube and a way to do the inside of the neck. I use Imperial Case Sizing Wax and Imperial Dry Neck Lube Powder.
