Honestly, if the women have a legit problem working out in the presence of men, then the school should do what they can to accommodate them.

I work in a field dominated by women, and I understand that I need to make certain concessions, because I'm there by CHOICE. I can't be vulgar, or make sexual comments, or be too masculine in my opinions... but I like my work, and I can deal with the adjustments.

I have to agree with many of the students here. Discrimination, pure and simple. The Feminist speaker says she don't think it discriminates against males, and females of other religions may find this beneficial as well. It was also pointed out that "female only Gyms" are very successful. Well as we all know it's not what the offender thinks concerning discrimination, it's the victim. In this case male students are being denied full access to and utilization of they gym.Sounds discriminatory to me. AS for Female only Gyms, you have a Choice of joining one or not. If you join a commercial Gym and demand female only time, you'll be laughed out the door. Of not, the Gym manager says they have the facilities to support groups in private environments. Let's compromise in a non discriminatory manner, one of the private function rooms is setup as a woman's only environment. You know what, it'll never happen because that's not the agenda. This is another case of using PC to make make Males (specifically White Christian Males, but any male really) into a second class citizen. It's been the radical feminist agenda for over thirty years, now they're getting support from Muslims. As long as the Socialistic fringe gets support from Academia, this will continue.
