Default Anyone used an AR-15 brass catcher?

I'm thinking about ordering this. I'm sick of digging through leaves and snow to get my .223 brass!

Here it is .. . it's probably worth trying for the low price!

If you are shooting and moving, it'll swing and disturb your aim in a big way. If you're standing in one spot or on a bench, a simple shop towel through the carry handle or scope mount will drop the brass at your feet. The towel won't work for low rail mounted optics like a J-Point though.

I picked one up for pistol shooting. I have not used it as of yet.

I have read that hot shells stick to the plastic web in that model (or similar model, not sure). But that did not damage the brass catcher from what I read.

I have a different one that I have not used but will be using next time I am outside. It's just such a shame to lose that rainbow of brass streaming out of the firearm

I have one and most the time the the brass doesnt fall all the way down into the bag and causes stove pipes. It got old at about the 3rd time so now I just lay down a tarp next to my bench.

I bought one very similar to yours from CTD, it works fine. It has a velco strap that goes around the handguard sleeve, so I need to check it for alignment every mag change or so. For the money, it really beats hunting down my brass.
