For anyone who wants the Fundamentals of a Gun Trust
Here's an article that I wrote that basically explains the beginnings and fundamentals of Gun Trusts. http://blog.princelaw.com/2009/2/1/t...-the-gun-trust. This is a great place for newbies to start. Once you have the general idea, I have written this Gun Trust FAQ: http://blog.princelaw.com/2009/1/12/...sked-questions

A trust can own an LLC, but you cannot turn an LLC into a trust.

SigForLife...
I live in Lancaster, I see that Prince Law has an office here. Is there someone there that I can talk to in person about setting up a trust? It seems like the way to go for my NFA items.

Re: For anyone who wants the Fundamentals of a Gun Trust
The main attorney who is doing the Gun Trusts currently, Bob Sharpe, is in the Bechtelsville office. However, he does most of the gun trusts over the phone. Once the trust is finalized, he can either mail it to you (AKA you never have to come to any office) and then you get it notarized along with all other trustees, or you can come to the Bechtelsville office with all other trustees and one of the notaries will notarize it for you there. You can get in touch with Bob at 610-845-3803.

It depends on exactly what you want/need, but usually around $350-400.
