Triangle Sporting Goods
I just picked up a little Christmas present (please don’t tell the wife) for myself and wanted to let everyone know that if you are in the market for something that goes bang, you need to do yourself a big favor and stop by Triangle Sporting Goods just outside of Ellwood City, Pa on Route 488 on the way to Portersville and see Don.
He has a very nice selection to choose from and the service, pricing and hospitality can’t be beat.
Stop in and tell Don howdy, while you are there; take a look around, you will not be disappointed!!!

Agreed, he is a super nice guy with great prices. I have him looking for a used .243 for my daughter right now. Last year 35 remington ammo went through the roof, cheapest I found was $28 for Core-Lokt, he sold me a box for $16.

Re: Triangle Sporting Goods
I had a very nice experience with Don. I had won a Glock 23 at a gun bash, and as I already had one, I was thinking about selling it. I was working in Elwood City and on the way back toward Cranberry, I saw his shop as I passed it. Turned around and stopped in. He had a surprising variety of handguns, including a new HK USP Compact in .40. We ended up making a deal, I gave him the G23 and just a little bit of cash, and I ended up with the HK. I don't still have the HK, but I kind of wish I did. All in all, Don was great to deal with, and really made me a nice deal on that HK. I always stop in if I pass through the area, but its not really a shop I would go out of my way to visit, just because its kind of out of the way.
