the other night on a wilkes-barre tv news, showed hundreds of guns being destroyed after being turned in. this was supposed to leave the impression that there would never be any more gun related crime in wilkes-barre. HA, damn liberal media, anyhow!

I only tune into the news for the weather reports, I find I am much happier now. If I need to find out what is going on in the world, I check online.

Granted, I've thrown up in my mouth a few times whenever there's a report about some shooting in New Jersey, and the local CLEO is interviewed and blames the guns for all the violence in that sorry excuse for a state.

Just curious about how showing videos of guns being destroyed exposes "the liberal media"...

I agree. A least when you search the net, you tend to get both sides of the issue allowing the decision to be made by you and not the mainstream liberal media forcing their views and agenda down your throat. But unfortunately, we (as a country) over the last 25 years now believe whatever we're told, without conducting any sort of research on our own to either support or refute the information presented to us. "It must be chroo... I saw it on dah tee vee". With this dumbing down of the American public, we've been on the path to socialism for quite some time ... and now the public is so uneducated about their own rights and understanding of government (not to mention the staggering number that financially depend on Uncle Sam), there will be no problems from the citizens when the transformation to our own socialist country is finally complete.

Whew!!! Sorry for the rant, but it really gets under my skin watching this happen .... and hardly anyone sees it.
