    soviet spetsnaz.,
    ruusian special force.
    they have a former member talking about and demoing tactics they use.
    pretty cool airing.
    just showed and uber cool mag change. even just casually talking and demoing it pretty quick.
    it's only metal, we can out think it....

    Saw it too!!
    Great show. LOVED the speed mag change... I rewound the Tivo and watched it like 5 times. Havent had a chance to practice it yet.

    Amazing. Did you see when he was doing the pushups on the AK with the mag attached - and the only thing touching the ground was the mag??? His entire body weight was supported by the magwell!!!!

    and it was a "plastic" mag
    wish i had tivo, the mag change was pretty quick as well as slick.
    it's only metal, we can out think it....

    Heck, how about the prisoner retention with sling over head. Then shoot on the move using the prisoner as shield..Some cool stuff they covered.
