    Default Carrying in car

I recently just recieved my ltcf but had a quick question on carrying in a car. As long as I have my licence I can be the passenger with the weapon and it doesn't matter on the status of the driver? As long as the weapon is not let in the car without me.

Also anyone know if wachovia arena in wilkbarre is anti gun? I'm going to the game tonight and didn't know if they have lockers or not if they were.

Yes, as long as the person who possesses the firearm has a LTCF, the driver's status is irrelevant.

Yes again. You would not want to create a situation where the driver would be in possession without a LTCF, unless the driver is your spouse or one of your children, is eligible to possess a firearm, and the car is registered to you or them.

    ^^^^^^^
    what he said.

as far as Wachovia arena, or whatever it's called now, i've been to concerts there, and never been patted down. the only thing i ever had a problem with was carrying a cell phone in to a TOOL show a couple of years back. they had to check it to make sure it wasn't a camera phone. they didn't seem to care too much about checking for weapons.

    Says this on their website

Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza is owned by the Luzerne County Convention Center Authority, a government body appointed by the Luzerne County Commissioners.

Doesn't that mean it's public property?

IANAL, but if the County controls it, it looks to me, that it is Public...
