Banned form PAFOA Club??

When attempting to access the PAFOA Club, I get the following message:

What have I done wrong now?

Understood. And until right now, I've had the "Gold Member" banner as well. I've always used the PayPal auto monthly payments.

I would PM a receipt to some admins, but I can't PM without deleting half of my inbox.

I do have this if it helps a mod...

Thanks for the advice. I just deleted all PMs. Sadly, so many improper images were just lost...
