    Keep us updated...very interesting story. Head shot...either extremely unlucky, extremely dumb, or a placed shot. No witness reports yet?

    It shouldnt have happened, but the best explanation I have seen (on subguns.net) for an accident would of been that it had a round in a chamber, and then someone rotated it by hand, and it fired.

    (ALWAYS treat a firearm as if it was loaded!)

    Where do you get that I said it should have?

    I'm saying thats a bit coincidental. One round, and its a head shot. If it was at any considerable distance, what are the chances of it hitting someone in the head? Unless he was right there, looking down the barrel...
