New Main Website Design + New Features

I've done a somewhat large overhaul to the main PAFOA website's design over the past few days. I was really unhappy with just about everything below the header and above the footer so I scrapped it all and started over.

I've added some nice headers to each section of the site with some imagery to give the site a little more life. I've also changed the side bar to not be that ugly beige color.

Lastly I've created a Find Your Legislators page on our main site under the new Politics section.
