Working against the anti legislators
Is there anything in PA law that allows for a recall of an elected official? If there is perhaps a few comments in that direction on some of the blogs it might get their attention. or a perhaps make them sweat a little. I don't suspect such an effort would succeed in areas like philly or PGH. In politics it's all smoke and mirrors anyway, so toss out some smoke.

Mayor can be recalled, don't know about others.
