Going to Chameleon Club In Lancaster

I'm going to the Chameleon Club in Lancaster tonight. CC ok in this place? Any metal detectors in place, wanding, etc? What kind of neighborhood is this place in? Any info would be appreciated.

I went there a while ago and I dont remember going through a metal detector. Its not illeagle to carry in their otherwise. If they make you and you go off all they can do is ask you to leave.

Last time i was there was years ago for a Jesus Lizard show. No wanding or anything, neighborhood isn't too bad either. Don't know if I'd want to CC at a Clutch show, unless I was going to stay off the floor

I don't have a current answer for you, but WOW ... brings back memories.

Years ago, when I had more energy, I lived two carrers. By night I was a sound enginner and we would work that room a couple of times a year. Really good times. Now I read some of the posts here and am sadened that the neighborghood has gotten worse. But I digress ...

Went to show last night without incident. As I approached front door, saw throught a window people having to empty their pockets and get patted down. I was CCing my Glock 23, OWB in my blackhawk serpa, 3 o'clock. I walked past the door to adjacent lot, went behind some cars and placed my serpa at 6 o'clock, OWB, and covered it with my oversized shirt. Since I saw the pat downs and noticed no one was touched in the SOB area I figured I was ok. I got to the security table, had to empty my pockets onto table. The guy touched my waist at 3 and 9 o'clock, touched my stomach above my belt buckle, and ran each arm down my leg to my ankle. He never checked SOB. I was cleared to enter, went straight to the first bathroom, entered stall, and put my stuff back at 3 o'clock OWB, and covered. Pretty much a joke with the pat down. I think they were looking for drugs instead of weapons. Show was excellent.

Yeah, They do pat you down. Not sure about the wand. But, thats ALMOST any club you go into now.

Also, You cant wear any MLB fitted caps. Or hates of any kind. Because of gang related shit? That was retarded. But, I dont see no sign on the door that says no fire arms
