SEPA ACT 235 Questions

Hoping someone could help me on this; I am obligated to earn an Act 235 Certification for a new job. 1.) Approximately how long, start to finish, does the process take? From the time I give my deposit to the time I become certified, assuming I pass all tests the first time and complete all assignments ASAP? and 2.) I know they offer the courses at Mont.Co. College, Del.Co. College, SPAG, etc. If anyone has any experiences with the courses at any of these, or other, locations please let me know so I can make my decision. Thanks!!!

Howdy Sig,
Not related to SEPA, but for 235 you may what to check all of the schools in your area, as different schools run the classes in different ways. The 235 I went to ran 3 or 4 days a week for 3 weeks. A friends son that took 235 had his classes 4 hours on 10 consecutive Saturdays.

Opps, and be aware that PSP appeared to take about 2 weeks to post each item as received on their site for you to check progress of your app.

There is a bunch of red tape that seems to take up a lot of time... the psych test, the physical exam, etc. The process can take a while. Make sure EVERYTHING is filled out 100% correctly or it will get bounced back and waste time.
