    Default Multi Caliber Suppressors?

Anyone hear about a new suppressor coming out in January of 2016 that is multi caliber, rifle and pistol, adaptable by changing to different size end caps for different calibers? I know about the Liberty Matrix. The Matrix will handle a lot of calibers but not higher pressure round such as the 308 Win. This new will. I am shopping for a new Can and I want to get the most use out of it.

If that did 45acp too, that would be it. May have to get one of these, like to see where pricing settles too after the rush.

I find that very interesting. I was under the impression that interchanging parts on a suppressor was no-no because every part is considered a suppressor. So building a Form 1 suppressor, one could have different end caps? Just use the largest caliber on your Form 1?

it seems that as long as the end cap is just an end cap and does not aid in holding the internals in place its ok to have interchangeable ones. on a form1 can you could machine a ring inside the tube for an internal snapring that would hold the baffle stack. (thats the consensus on silencer forums) check sd tactical forum.

You are correct, as long as the end cap does nothing more than set the size of the exit hole, you can change them to your hearts content. Rugged Suppressors Surge 762 can be set for rounds up to 7.62 or you can change the end cap for rounds up to 5.56. Since it is a QD model, all you have to do to change it from a .578(5/8)x28 to a 1/2x28 is to get the different flash hider or muzzle brake to mount the can.

Got it on the endcaps. But you would have to file your Form 1 with the largest caliber you would use it for, correct?
