USP .45 COMPACT w/Night Sights

I'm looking to buy or trade for a couple different guns, and being that I don't shoot or carry this much at all, it's going for sale. It comes with 1 factory mag, the stock sights, 3 month old night sights, and the original box and papers (also .45 hyra shoks).





It has just over 1000 rounds through it, looking to TRADE FOR FULL SIZE USP .45 or a nice 1911 OR get $770 (these sell for $800 plus tax new, and another $100 for night sites, but I am really NOT trying to sell it, don't want to leave an empty spot in the safe!!!!!) OR AN FN FS2000 plus cash (MUST BE ALL BLACK!!), and I'm located in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
