    Default first experience with OC!!!!

Well went everywhere today OC, definitely a weird feeling having everyone eyeball me, but I'll get used to it, making the 2nd amendment stronger, and feel safer doing it!! The more the marrier!

Stop posting and contact a lawyer.

Sorry, somebody had to do it.

Glad it went well. You will come to realize that people generally don't notice, don't care, or think you're a cop. You'd be surprised how far a person will go out of their way in public to be polite.

I've noticed that too from a lot of people. It's like store clerks and waitresses smile more and are more friendly. I believe they're thinking (1) he doesn't look like a bad guy, (2) If he was a bad guy, wouldn't he be hiding his gun? (3) therefore, he must be a good guy, maybe even a cop or other responsible official.

Congrats! A little unnerving the first time, isn't it? It gets easier when, in all seriousness, very few notice, only a few of those that do care, and a fraction of those that care are vocal.

Remember that attitude and demeanor are everything. The way you carry yourself will directly affect how others perceive you. If you act like OCing is normal and no big deal, then others will figure the same thing.
