    Default Open Carry Question ??

I have my LTCF but had some questions.

Who has the right to tell a person who OC's that they must leave/remove the weapon before re-entering?

Lets say I go to Red Lobster and OC and a manager tells me to leave because they do not want me to OC

What if I am at the mall and enter a store and an employee asks me to leave

What if I am at a county fair, concert, event etc with no signs relating to firearms and told that I cannot enter because I am carrying?

I think those are enough examples to get my point across.

~Then you politely ask if this is corporate/franchisee policy. If so then why isn't there a posted sign? If they still ask you to leave then you politely do so and never return. Then you post about it on PAFOA and we all write letters and flame the management behind their backs.

~Ask to speak with the manager. Then follow above.

    ~See above...

Malls, stores, etc. are private property. They have the right to ask you to leave or cover up. If you're asked to leave, just leave. If you refuse or argue you could be brought up on tresspassing charges.

If it's a chain store check with corporate about their policy. If an individual store is in violation of corporate policy let them know.

Anybody who owns any private property or who has authority on that property. Also make sure that you inform them of the business they just lost and get all the namEs of the people involved and call corporate or somebody higher up.
