Inaccuracy of NFRTR - Firearms Inspection Worknote
For whatever reason, I just received a "Firearms Inspection Worknote" that was part of a long standing FOIA request. While the BATFE previously asserted that such forms do not exist, they apparently just figured out that they do! Anyway, the Worknote is extremely interesting, especially in that is depicts the inaccuracy of the NFRTR. If any dealers or other have other such documents, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send them my way.
I wrote an article which has a link to the Worknote here: http://blog.princelaw.com/2009/10/12...tr-smoking-gun and for a direct link to the Worknote, see: http://blog.princelaw.com/assets/200..._NFRTR_gun.pdf
