Thumbs up newest member of family

went to the gunshow in ellwood city today, and this little guy followed me home.a sccy cpx-1 in 9mm. small light , and pretty accurate. ran 60 rounds thru it. plus about a dozen hollow points. only 3 ftf happened . twice with ball ammo and once with the hollow points. think it was from not being completly cleaned from packing oil and just gummed up around extractor. brought it home scrubbed it up good and got all crud and grease out of it. will pick up a supply of ammo this week and hit the range again next weekend. but otherr than that pistol was accurate, recoil was not bad atall with such a small light gun. pamplet states 10+1 capacity, could only do 9+1 tho. dao action with a thumb safety. and its made in usa. pictured it here with my kimber ultra , ruger sp101, and the wifes berrsa 380 to show size of it. http://s603.photobucket.com/albums/t...t=HPIM0396.jpg

Grease around the extractor will not cause a failure to fire. I would put in some serious range time before putting it on call as a defense weapon. Thanks for posting pics, I have never seen one of those before.

Nice gun I have one also but I don't use it as My CC/OC it is one of My Bedroom guns..

The slide on the back side is very sharp (The Corners) use care when handling it when cleaning or anything..

Safety/Fire when shoot knocks is self off fire at times. I upgraded there Fire Lever to stay on FIRE all the time with there kit..

Watch Fire Lever on thumb makes it sore after a box or so..

Other then that nice gun =)
