Sticky for Meleanie Haine Memorial shoot/donations, etc. information?

Could a sticky be made to post dates and locations of the memorial shoots, information on donations, and memorial items?

The reason I ask is because there are several threads that talk about the above mentioned items. Many members have suggested making alternate locations and dates available for possible memorial shoots so more can make it. The topic is very highly discussed right now and it is extremely hard to wade through all the replies for any information. So, if a sticky could be made (maybe just a temporary one, at least) that doesn't allow replies (except by the mods, of course), that would allow more members to keep updated without missing information on dates, locations, etc. that is lost in a sea of replies (not that a lot of replies is a bad thing, of course).
