My 1st AR! Picked up today

This morning I picked up my 1st AR rifle, a Bushmaster 16 inch A2. I can't wait to get it to the range which may have to wait for some better weather. I felt like a kid at Christmas this morning.

My wife wasn't big on me getting this rifle but once she saw it, she said "that's not too bad", LOL.

Awesome AR Tim !! Now what are you going to outfit her with ? laser? lights? optics ? rails? Are you planning on competion shooting with it ?

I have a Stag waiting for me, I was thinking of putting an illuminated 4x optic on mine.

Of course you now have to give a range report too...

Thanks guys. For now it will stay just like it is. I have no idea what I may want to do to it in the future until I spend some time with it at the range.
