cant find thread
This type of post may not belong in this forum...however, i hope the mods understand why i put it here...
Maybe i'm just being stupid...i cant seem to get search to find what i'm looking for...
Before I left for vacation there was an active "get together" thread...in THIS forum...in support of Todd's experience riding his bike in a park...the date chosen was July 12...now...a week later...i cant seem to find that thread.
(Is there a way to search for posts by user name?)

Re: cant find thread
You missed a lot of BS. The thread was closed and removed my by a mod.
Edit: Sir, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
That's what I got when tried to search.Last edited by sk8r101all; June 30th, 2009 at 01:21 AM. Reason: update

Re: cant find thread
You can put the pitch forks and shovels away. It seems Tail Pipe Todd was making up the story and fed everyone a line of BS. The incident never happened and Tail Pipe was called on it. It is now among the missing.
Several people kept up with off thread comments and I guess the mods closed the thread.

Re: cant find thread
As already mentioned the thread was deleted, 11 people banned for a day and no one has heard from Todd since he first posted the story.
As to your final question, yes you can search a person's posts by clicking on their user name. If in a thread you'll get a drop down box where you can choose "Find all posts by so & so".
You can also do this from each member's profile page by clicking on the "statistics" tab, then the find all posts link.

Re: cant find thread
Can we still get together anyway? You know it wasn't such a bad idea, but I missed the thread too, since I was away on vacation. It would have been fairly close for me.

Re: cant find thread
I felt a little out of place at the hazleton meet. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed meeting everyone but I've never been found of big groups and the fact i was a new member made it feel off too. That being said I'd still would like to go to another one espiaclly since my son enjoy shooting at people with his nerf gun.

Re: cant find thread
Maybe shefearsnothing will be willing to re-organize a get together. The TPT thread kind of ruined it.
