Franklin County, PA – 48.5%

We need to talk to Harrisburg about this problem. “Louisiana has a 2nd Amendment sales tax holiday, a weekend in which firearms, ammunition and, I believe, hunting supplies are tax free,” I would love that Holiday weekend. Maybe the Weekend before the Fourth of July to help with summer sales.

Missed that one, I was just looking at the blobs on the map. I guess that would be a pretty big county.

Since there is no official gun registry in the U.S., I have to wonder how the data were collected. If by some sort of poll or survey, I have to assume that just as I don't put gun stickers on my truck or reveal gun ownership to the VA or other healthcare providers, I wouldn't discuss my gun ownership particulars with some clipboard commando. I'm sure many gun owners feel the same way so I wouldn't put much stock in this graphical representation.
