Found in box of Grandpa's Stuff ! ?
I found 7 cartridges in a box from my grandfather's home. 5 are attached to a clip (stripper clip?) and 2 were loose I know they are rifle cartridges but don't know what they are. The head stamp has an F 31 followed by a dot and what looks like an A. See attached pic. Any ideas ?

The clip is likely for a 1903 Springfield/1917 Enfield_________________________________________

Thanks Pa.Patriot I will take pic with clip and post it. Any collector value ? There was a 1903 wall hanging at the cottage for years but was lost in a fire in 1996.
