Re: Here comes the judge(s)
It's slightly amusing and more-so disheartening to see the permeation of corruption in politics. I know it's nothing new and it will never end. I just find it odd that small town crooks like these guys always take the fall but the real sharks are elected to the Presidency or appointed to their cabinet.

Re: Here comes the judge(s)
Wouldn't all of thier cases now be subject to review? To determine if they played it funny with the cases.
And guess who gets to pay for that?troll Free. It's all in your mind.

And here come the lawyers. I feel sorry for all that live in Luverne Co. when all the law suits start to fly. Can anyone one say taxes are going up?

The investigation is on going. Kick-backs from building the juvi center. The debit card debacle. The uhm..."jury is still out on this one".

Re: Here comes the judge(s)
I feel sorry for all of the kids that screwed up just a little, and should have been remanded to their parents or gotten supervised community service and instead ended up servong 90 days or 180 days in one of these centers that they profited from. Especially when Ciaverella indicated that they wouldn't need counsel and then he sentenced them to incarceration anyway...talk about a lack of due process.

As the page turns...my sources tell me more arrests are coming. This time it has to do with fixing DUI's. No names at this time.
