U.S. REMINGTON M1903 - PGH Area
U.S. REMINGTON 1903 (not A303)
I bought a few of these from CMP the last time they were available as winter projects. First baby was born that winter, the second is on its way and the realization that winter projects will not be happening for many years has sunk in.
CMP is currently not offering 1903s and has stated it will not until at least 2010.
Rifle is still AS-IS from CMP, full disassembly, inspection, and cleaning still required (i.e. the fun stuff).
Stock has not been touched and is still quite dark but many proofs are still visible. All visible parts appear to be stamped R. Circle P on stock is visible. 7-42 Barrel. Bore looks quite nice but I have only passed a single patch through to date.
