    Default New Back Up Gun

So in my I finally found a decently priced Colt Mustang +2 .380 for use as my back up / church gun. It sure cleaned up nice and should probally fit pretty nice in my Desantis Nemesis pocket holster, can't wait to get out to the range and so some blasting...too bad I have to wait till after the holliday weekend

    Oh man! Sweet!

I've been looking for one for years ever since a friend of mine had one. Too bad prices on them have gone through the roof.

Tell me about it, that's why I jumped on this one while I could, $500 was near the high end of the expected price range for a +II in it's condition, but hey it's worth it if you ask me.

I'm kicking myself for not picking up one I found about two years ago. The shop that had it bought out someone's entire collection and only wanted $280 for it.

I went back about a week later after I realized how dumb I was and it was gone.

So far I haven't had any KMOA moments, but the closest is that I passed up a really good deal on a Reminton 870 folder for a Benelli Tactical Nova, nothings wron with the Nova but the Remington would have given me more options for add-ons.

I'm also happy to say that I've all ready managed to find a temporary holster, an Uncle Mike's IWB, and a SS replacement guide rod, and some hex grip screws...

That's the bad thing about getting new guns, getting all the accessories to go with...

Fortunately I've only had one other. The Mustang was by far my worst.

My new rule is I'm buying the next Mustang I see.
