Are Airsoft and BB guns illegal in PA?

Just looked at S&W website and saw few nice BB pistols and airsoft guns that were well priced and are fantastic for training.
However, both BB and airsoft on their website show that can't be delivered to PA.
I am aware that PA requires that BB guns and airsoft have the orange tip, and of those only BB pistols have the orange tip. Still, they are also indicated as not deliverable to PA.
Is there some new regulation that I might have missed?
I see plenty of BB guns in my local Walmart, so this was really strange to me. Strangely enough, from the same website, paintball guns can be delivered to PA, which makes no sense to me because they operate the same and also don't have an orange tip.
Anyone have a clue what's going on?

Amazon delivered CO2 pistol to me no problems. Sounds like S&W are just being dicks.

Maybe they had a bad experience with philly and just banned the state. I had an ammo shipment flagged because I was to close philly, even though it's legal. They just didn't want to deal with the city. A phone called cleared it up though, and they were happy to ship to me.

I suspect S&W concern on selling air guns via mail to is PA residents is PA has a 18 year age limit to purchase an air gun.

Since they have no way of verifying the age of the buyer they decided not to sell them via mail to PA residents.

Ah, that totally makes sense, but doesn't it having a card to pay with serve also as an age verification?
I can't make heads or tails of it, I'd call them just for the heck of it and report back.
