What's the latest on the Phila zoo? Any metal detectors or other security measures in place?

it is owned by the Zoological Society of Philadelphia which is a not for profit corp.

I did it a few months ago. They have fancy scanners that use generative ai to predict weapons. It's a combination of metal detector/imager. Either they didn't predict it, or the employees didn't care.

The zoo is in a war zone and the parking arrangement requires that you have to walk a good distance to get to the gate. I won*t do that without a gun in my pocket. And now that there is a real chance that they will turn me away at the gate (making me the bad guy to my family) I*ll simply choose other entertainment.

Evolv is definitely not perfect for detecting weapons, combined with employees who make next to nothing and people will slip through, I've seen it happen
