    Arizona
    Florida
    Michigan


    - with the exception of Michigan these are all hugely "speculators" states... ie: multiple homes, flipping houses...

    Once again, it looks like we will be paying off others failed attempts at greed.
    The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

    Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

    I would submit to you that we are paying off the failed greed of anyone who is receiving mortgage bailout funds, be they a first-time owner or a decade-long speculator. I realize that's not a popular perspective, but it's how I feel.
