    Default Getting Married

    Well, the lovely April and I got engaged tonight. I managed to surprise her even though we picked the rings out together a week ago. Long story short, I had the guy at the jewelry store call and leave a message on the machine that there was going to be a 2-week delay in the resizing of her rings. She bought it hook, line, and sinker, leaving me free to surprise her with the diamonds tonight.

    So, over the perfect dinner at Bacco in North Wales, during a torrential thunderstorm, I asked her the big question, to which of course she said, "Yes."

    The wait staff at Bacco is amazing - having seen the proposal, we were greeted shortly thereafter with two glasses of champagne and strawberries (on the house, of course) and a small group of the female servers came over to ogle her sparkle.

    It couldn't have gone better, and we're both very happy. Wish us luck

    Haha.. she's been on the phone telling everyone in her family practically since I got up from the kneel haha...
