Need some info..

Im not sure if this is the right place for this or not but thought i would give it a shot. I was convicted of a 3rd degree felony (Conspricy to commit Burglery) 11 years ago. I have been searching around for the past few months on Restoration of Rights and what i would have to do. Im a bit confused about the whole process, can someone help me out in laymens terms as to if this is a possibilty for me or and i screwed till im 70?

Assuming this happened in PA, you will need a pardon by the governor, then you will need to have an expungement.

Otherwise, you're screwed until you are 70.

Is 70 a magic age for forgiveness of past crimes?

Must be, but what im trying to figure out is the research ive done it seems i can go before a judge in open court and plead my case as to why my rights should be restored. It doesnt expunge the crime, but restores my rights. Here is the link with the info i read.

I'd suggest contacting a lawyer to see what the proper steps would be. Something like this I'd not want to do myself. If you mess it up it may prohibit you from ever trying again.
