Default Sporting Clays near King of Prussia

The Title says it all, I am looking for a Public Sporting Clays facility near KOP. I can not find anything even close. Wing point and cocalico(SP?) out Reading way, Lehigh Valley and a few other, but they are all pretty far. Can anyone recommend something a little closer to KOP?

    Thanks,
    JD

Not exactly sure what 'sporting clays' are - but I know that there is a west chester gun club that is all shotguns.

There is also the Southern Chester Co. Sportsmen's & Farmers' Association where they shoot trap - I think sundays at noon are open invite? Their site will have more info - http://www.sccsfa.org/

Not exactly right next door, but if you want to consider New Castle DE, Ommelanden Range is a great place; big facility with skeet, trap, clays. Open to the public.

Last time I was there, they were open 7 days a week and very inexpensive. As I recall, it is a state facility run by the DE fish & game.

Here is the link to the West Chester Club, I've never been there though.

I've shot there a couple of times and it is as you say, world class. I'm not a realy big clay shooter but do it with my Dad occasionally. He is retired and shoots clays several times a week. He's been to just about every place in the area but prefers M&M. He even shot in the U.S. open when it was there a few years back.

Last week he shot a 92 out of hundred there, his best score ever. He was so proud he put his score card on the fridge! It's weird, he can't read up close without cocking his head this way and that but he can sure see those little orange birds.

Delaware County Field and Stream has "5 Stand", $3.00 per round for members and guests.

Thanks everyone, there are a lot of places for me to look into. I want to take some friends from work for a long lunch when it warms up, and we'll not want to drive to far from KOP.
