I just got an email this morning from MD arms. They are working on making a double stack magazine for the saiga 12. Here's the link they provided for discussion and 'details' on it (there aren't many yet):

It sounds like it could be pretty cool... assuming it isn't cost prohibitive like the drum magazines they sell for them.
