    Default Plastic LTCF License for non Resident

    I received my License from Centre, which is greatg, but it came as paper License, is there ny way I can get a plastic version for non resident?

    Laminate it??? Would that help?

    is that OK to do? I know you can't laminate your SS card.

    It is legal to reduce and laminate your LTCF. My sheriff dept. did that for me, but you can do it yourself. So I have the original big paper license and the reduced & laminated one. No photo on either, though.

    If you pick it up in person they will reduce it and laminate it for you, so its fine to do that.

    On a side note I think the resident licenses are now just like our drivers licenses at least in Centre Co.

    I had acutally sent them a photo so they taped the photo to the license, even though it says valid without photo, since I am a IT Manager I will photo copy it and reduce it tomorrow, as I have an excellent copy/printer at work, then laminate that copy, also regarding the comment about not being able to laminate SS, my original has been laminated over 30 years and no one has ever commented on it when I had to pull it out. This is the first I have heard of this.

    My Connecticut License to carry is similar to my Drivers License as well.

    Paper licenses? Really? Here in Monroe county they are laminated plastic .. almost like a drivers license (just uglier)

    Sent the application on Tuesday got the License Thursday the next week.
