Just got my kimber Blinged out pics

Wont that barelling work get all dinged up by the slide?

Nah, the barrel tilts down when the slide comes back.

If you scratch the flats, just use some 1500 wet/dry paper to polish it back to new.

I did this one myself. The pic was when it was polished with 1000 grit. I've went to mirror finish since then.
