I want to start collecting non-resident permits like they're pokemon
Gotta' catch them all! What would be a good starting point? The dreaded Florida loophole permit? I heard Arizona is really good too but I don't know much about theirs.

Would getting New Jersey count as catching a Legendary then?!?
... or perhaps a shiny?

I know Jason Schafer does Utah permit courses occasionally in Easton. Hopefully he has one in the works for this summer.

You can get Arizona for $60 for 5 years, renewals for $43 with lots of reciprocity.
Email them and ask for an application packet. Or call them: 602-256-6280 or 800-256-6280.
Non-residents can have training from anywhere...as long as it is approved by AZ and includes live fire.
Here is the revised statute, which includes training requirements, from AZ.
Permits have been being issued usually within 2 weeks to qualified PA residents.
I also have a WA Concealed Pistol License which is very easy to get...
except for one thing. You must apply in person...they will not accept applications by mail, although they do send you the CPL when/if you're approved.
