Which one is it? An AK clone or an SKS? (In this case it is an SKS with an aftermarket 30 round mag.)
While they might have gotten this wrong they did do some real work and find out that the transaction needed to go through an FFL and report that.
I like that the shop owner got to tell his side about the criminals getting out and going right back to doing crimes.
This is the real problem that Philadelphia has and they cannot control.

The best part is when the Philly Police say "if its not on the freakin list THEN ADD IT!"

Communism people, brainwashing left wing freedom hating Communists.
Do you expect anything else coming out of Philly?

And they still got that wrong. Long arms don't need to be transferred through an FFL.

Damn it, you beat me to it. I wish they knew anything at all about what they were talking about. I hate Nutter and I hate Ramsey even more. These asshats should be set afloat blindfolded in a canoe across the river to NJ where they belong. Holy shit comments like that PISS ME OFF!!!! I think I need anger managment classes.

Don't tell them that! We really don't need a push for every sale to go through a ffl.

"As far as I'm concerned, we don't need assault weapons at all," Ramsey said.

Well that's good, him and all his deputies should turn them in and just use their service pistols.

Guess the listing person missed this:

Partial list of items for sale and services the advertisement of which is not permitted on craigslist:

Weapons and related items, including but not limited to firearms, disguised, undetectable or switchblade knives, martial arts weapons, scopes, silencers, ammunition, ammunition magazines, BB guns, tear gas or stun guns.
