US Supreme Court Justice Believes US Constitution Hamstrings the Government
Today in a stunning pulling away of the curtain on marxist ideology, DEI appointed Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown admits that the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution "hamstrings" the narrative of the US Government. Well, Ms Brown, because you were out protesting racism on the days of class when you were supposed to be learning about the US Constitution and it's purpose you do not understand that is the exact purpose of the 1st Amendment and the rest of the US Constitution. To hamstring and limit the power of the government when it tries to use or usurp power they do not possess.
Free speech is on trial at the Supreme Court, but Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson is no fan of the First Amendment. The Constitution, you see, limits the government. But leftists want unlimited government * which is why they hate the Constitution.
During Monday*s oral arguments for Murthy v. Missouri, formerly known as Biden v. Missouri, Jackson claimed to oppose any ruling in favor of Americans* constitutional right to free speech if it limited the government*s ability to censor that speech via Big Tech.
*My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods,* Jackson told Louisiana Solicitor General Benjamin Aguiñaga.
Jackson expressed skepticism at reigning in the federal government*s unconstitutional censorship pressure campaign because *some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country* that goes far beyond simply posting its own speech or engaging in constitutional means of securing citizens from violence.Last edited by JenniferG; March 19th, 2024 at 08:29 PM.

Even liberals are (quietly) laughing at Brown-Jackson.
She clearly slept through her Constitutional Law (freshman/undergrad level) class.

By nature, I want to be surprised at this stuff, but she's really that bad. It just sucks that it's a lifetime appointment.
