Sunday meal protection : grilled duck
Today was a perfect day to grille (but then again, everyday is a perfect day to grille) and I haven't had grilled duck in a while so ........
Washed and ready to be seasoned. Protected by a S&W 36-1 3" J-frame (1980)
Quartered, seasoned (black pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, seasoned salt) and ready for the grille. Protected by a S&W 940 9mm J-frame with a reload
on the grille with a drip pan filled with Yuengling Lager
Ready to eat (sides not pictured) Protected by a S&W 27-2 3.5" barrel (1966)

It would appear that sunny late September days are also appropriate wheel gun days. Good to know.

Another great meal!
I didnt know that you had a 940.
How do you like it?
I have a -2 and an extra cylinder I had bored to 9x23, It's in a model 60 that will shoot 9mm/38 super and 9x23.
How does yours extract?

Re: Sunday meal protection : grilled duck
I see where someone attacked the duck with a knife, but didn't see any holes in the duck. Is this now a knife forum?
