his picture looks like a guy who just had a rifle jam

what a douche. probably the first time he ever shot a gun. at least he knew he was defeated and waited for police in a chair.

    Agreed!

I was expecting to hear about an "assault rifle" jamming, but a bolt action rifle? Maybe a marlin with a bad extractor.

You knew it wasnt going to be an AK that jammed!
If you're not outraged & disgusted, you are simply not paying atttention

My biggest problem with what happened was the fact that it is a gun free zone. How the heck did he manage to get past the sign. I though they projected some kind of force field that blocked the evil doers.

The only reason this was not as big of a deal is that the shooter did not actually hit anyone.

Great... now we're going to have even more "common sense" gun control.

Anyone who is a college student will have to show their grades before being allowed to buy a firearm. If you recently flunked something, no 2A rights for you!

Of course, had they only had enough "gun free zone" signs up, this never would have happened. The assailant probably just didn't notice them.

... and I PROMISE you the media is really disappointed by that... had someone been killed, they'd have something to spend 5 hours reporting on today... but, instead, they're just going to have to stay focused on Tiger to keep attention off of climategate.

Likely not the first time this guy short stroked...

Why can't we carry on campus again?
Just because 'perfect' is impossible does not mean we should settle for 'broken'.

because if law abiding citizens had firearms, they would naturally become criminals and go on shooting sprees
