Help with new CZ grips
Want to replace rubber grips from my CZ 75 P-01 compact, with a thinner grip. Something plastic or aluminum, for everyday carry. Middle of the road agressive, probably staying with black or grey or combo of both. Looked at CZ custom, VZ grips, and LOK grips, many styles and colors. Anyone with experience with any mentioned your input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Re: Help with new CZ grips
I don't have a CZ, but I have a pair of 1911s running VZ grips.
Carry gun has 320s:

Match gun has ETC/FRAGs:

The 320s ride on skin during the work day when I tuck my shirt over the gun. Four years now, no complaints, though they *might* be slightly darker than they once were.
The FRAGs provide increased grip, but not so much as to bother my hand(s) during a long day at the range. I have not yet found any wear on my shirts from the grips, and I have stuck with the same 2 shirts for the last 75-100 or so matches.
I like 'em.

Re: Help with new CZ grips
The CZ rubber factory grips are slimmer than the plastic. Don't bother with the factory plastic grips. There are repro VZ-75 (confusingly, not the same as the BRAND VZ Grips) plastic grips that are fairly slim but they might not fit the smaller frame CZs.

Re: Help with new CZ grips
I have a CZ 75 PCR and I use the VZ grips, frag pattern, in hyena brown. They are nice and thin, aggressive enough that I have a good purchase when shooting but they don't tear my skin up when I carry IWB without an undershirt, and they look pretty darn good too. I would absolutely recommend them. Check out the LOK grips in the grenade pattern as well, they're basically the exact same thing, just a little cheaper. PCR.jpg
