Default First gun..... Czech Police issue CZ-70

Always had a soft spot for vintage toys. : )

Just picked this up last week and turned in the papers for my LTCF today. 1971 CZ-70 .32 Police Issued for $200. I have already been thinking about polishing the ramp and the slide.

    Thoughts?

If it goes "bang" and hits what you're aiming at and does this consistently then I'd say you have a very nice piece.
It's all fun and games, til someone shoots your bobber!

I had one, It ran the cheapest dirtiest ammo 100% all the time...
Dont touch a thing if it works, And most likely it will!
There is a gun shop in Tamaqua that can get just about any mag you want, I bought 2 spares for mine and they were perfect, Oh Tamaqua PA, Sorry cant thing of shops name, But you're smart, You should be able to find it!
If it says VZOR70, It is actually a redone CZ50,,, Great little shooters either way!

Some donut wallpaper in honor of your Czech police trade-in:

Just look out if your car starts stopping involuntarily at little bakeries in the coal region ...

That shops name is Ed's Sport shop, and the person you want to talk to is Vickie and only Vickie, she will get what you need or find it and get it.

Nice piece. I've been looking to get one at some point in the future. Love my CZ82, but would like the smaller CZ70.

    +1 for Ed's Sport Shop.

Nice gun! also A+ for Eds, I bought some stuff from them at a gun show, Nice folks to deal with.
I'd rather be judged by twelve than carried by six!

OK folks, Here is my only CZ Pistol at the moment, It's a CZ 24 from 1937, It's a 380 and fires just fine and so far has proven quite reliable.
I know it could use a little cleaning, But I like the slightly used look!
