Who should i contact to make a complaint about a PAGC Officer?

As the top line says...

I was approached today by an Game Commission Officer, we'll call him/her "X"

Anyways, i was shooting prone, on a mat, Slow Firing with my AR. He comes over and says that if you cant hunt with it, you cannot shoot them at the range. I know this is bullshit and the range officer at Scotia sees me all the time and talks to me quite frequently. Never saying boo about the vast array of semi-auto's i shoot.

I just hate it when you get the "I should issue you a citation for this, but i wont... (Cause you didnt actually do anything wrong)"

EDIT: I just want to clarify, the officer was very professional and courteous. I have no intention in getting the officer in trouble. Just corrected in the rules/regulations of the ranges.
