    Default Sheriff Letters

I must be nuts, but after scanning and posting the letter and cards my wife received, and thinking about the documents soberbyker posted previously, several times, I had the crazy idea that an archive of LTCF related letters and documents would be a good idea.

So far I've got Lebanon and a bit of the ongoing Delco saga(s). So, same deal as all the others; if you have received a letter with your LTCF, or subsequently received a letter about your LTCF please share it either by posting a scan here or posting a link to any existing threads about it. If you know of such a thread, but it isn't about you please post it here anyway.

Also, do you guys (and gals) think we should include revocation letters, price change letters, etc, or only the misinformation sent with LTCFs?
If you don't know who your state legislators are go here:

put your zip plus 4 in the box in the upper right hand corner.

IMO, the more the better. Never know when that type of documentation could be useful when moving for new legislation to reaffirm and protect our rights.....could be an easier sell when widespread non-compliance by Sheriffs can be clearly documented. Using their own official documents no less.

    Pretty blatant misquote:
When carrying a handgun, the licensee shall, upon demand of a law enforcement offi cer, produce the license for inspection.
    1. Only if the firearm is concealed
    2. Only if the demand is lawful

I don't think/remember getting any paperwork with mine from Franklin County.

    Just a postcard.

You'll have my Philly LTCF denial letter in the mail soon enough.
Just because 'perfect' is impossible does not mean we should settle for 'broken'.
