    Default New York Gun Control debate on Glenn Beck

    I missed most of it, but listening to Glenn Beck's show (radio) he's questioning the gun control comment's made by Rudy and the fact that while "they" say that you CAN get a permit in NY, only about 700-some HAVE them!

    Glad to see he's challenging this!

    What IS the debate? There is gun control in NYC. Nothing to debate in that. If you are Joe/Jane Average, you're screwed and you don't even have to drop your drawers.

    Yeah, I heard it. He was interviewing Bernard Kerrick (sp?), the former NYC police commissioner and asked him about Rudy's Guliani's position on gun control. That's how it got started. Of course, Bernie tried to play it down and say "Oh, no...Rudy is all in favor of the 2nd Amendment". Not from what I've heard.........

    Sorry, I think you heard wrong, Rudy is ALL for the 2dA, just like Rosie is all for Lo fat foods (for other people)

    Then he said that individual cities should make their own gun laws.

    I think you heard BEAR, as in hold and keep when he ment BARE, as in t-shirts, tubetops and mussle shirts.
