Open or Concealed
I've reapplied for my LTCF in last Thursday and purchased a new XD-45 on Saturday, however, I was wondering the following question. I previously carried my .380 Auto in an in the waist band holster in the rear with my shirt covering it. If the shirt were tucked in and the grip of the gun were exposed, is this considered to be concealed or open.
Thanks

Re: Open or Concealed
for it to be concealed it needs to be completely concealed, if in fact the grip was showing and you did not have your LTCF you were illegal. congrats on your recent purchase and application. hope all goes well...

Re: Open or Concealed
Thanks for the responses and the links. The last link is exactly the scenario I was referring to. IWB at the rear with the handle showing. I would also have considered that to be open carry just wanted to be sure.

Re: Open or Concealed
Just a bit of advice from a bad experiance of my own, use caution when carrying in the rear of your waistband before you get your LTCF. A short shirt can easily come untucked in the back, and create a situation of possible concealment.
Be aware of it is all im saying.
