Default Browning Buck Mark Camper 22

    Browning Buck Mark Camper

    Anyone own one?????.............

I am considering it to be the next gun on my shopping list due to the cost of ammo....................

I figure I will save money in the long run shooting a 22.

Is there a better choice for a 22?..........I am looking for: 1. New 2. Cheap 3. Durability

    Thank you,
    Glocker

Don't own one, but I've heard good things about them. If I were going to buy another .22 pistol, it would be the one I would get.

I own Browning Buckmark with a 4" barrel. It's a damn nice pistol. It's well-constructed, has nice weight to it, and the grips fits my hand nicely. It's a fun gun to shoot, and it's a good looker, too! This isn't the kind of gun you can just fire and put away, though. It will sometimes FTF or FTE if it gets too dirty.

Knowing then what I know now, I'd still buy it, no doubt about it. I have zero buyer's remorse over this gun and love to shoot it! You could go far, far worse in choices than to buy a Buck Mark!

I don't have a camper, but I have a Buckmark Bullseye and my dad has the standard version. I'm a big fan of the entire Buckmark line. They're easy to disassemble for cleaning, accurate, reliable and well made. You can get a scope base for it that attaches to existing holes. One of the only drawbacks are extra mags are about $20 each, but you should only need one.

Also, the grips are very ambidextrous if you're a lefty.

The Buckmark is my first recommendation for a target or plinking .22.

I have the Stainless Camper model with fiber optic front site. VERY good guns and mine has been 100% percent reliable!

The other popular choice would be the Ruger Mark II/III. There are more choices with the Ruger, barrel length, bull/slab side, SS or blued. There are probbably more after market parts available for the Mark II/III.

Both are good, it may come down to whichever feels best in your hand.

I have an AAC Dragonfly which is an integrated suppressor on a Buckmark Camper platform. It's a lot of fun to shoot. Great little gun, never had any problems with it

22 Girlie just bought that exact Buckmark. I liked the longer barrel a little better, but the shorter one shoots just as well. Great gun can't go wrong with one. I would not think twice about buying one.
